@Anni93, if you can, get yourself a pet dog/cat whichever that you can safely take out for a walk, preferably a dog, while you wouldn't be able to take out for walks immediately, it might help, and eventually taking it out for walks will help you get out more often, maybe even meet fellow pet owners, and find some friends, I would say don't expect much but getting some fresh air, going for a walk with a pet, might do you some good, nice scenery helps ease the mind, when i see happy people, i always think "that's me, just another version of me" , it has helped me deal with tough times, believing that somewhere out there, there is an answer, or a solution, i don't know if there is, but for the sake of helping me cope with what i dont have, i just pretend, recently i've found myself often spending time inside my head, thinking about fun things, but then i wake up and look around, i still feel happy, it might not be the same, but even for a moment, it felt real enough for me to enjoy. we all feel lonely every now and then, sometimes even if we have someone, they might hurt us so much to the point that we would feel lonely despite of being with them, I have had that, betrayal hurts as much as it is to feel alone, because then, you realize, you are still, alone. and that is hard, while i doubt this outcome should be the expected one in every relationship, because i believe my experiences are far less than those of my Gen.
