Misuzu
Once was a pond fish captivated by what was beyond the water of her pond. Her curiosity led her to be swept away and out of her home, where she would have met her end if it wasn't for the help of a kind human who hastily returned her to the pond. Falling in love, she wished resolutely to become a human so that she could join them on the surface. The pond's deity, hearing her pure desires, granted this wish. Overwhelmingly thankful, she soon sought out her love to thank them and confess her feelings.
