You'd think she's Riley Andersen from Inside Out, but nope, this is an OC from Lil' Andy, one of awesome loli illustrator i've known. As i've stated in her bio, this is ORIGINALLY from a loli character, created by Lil' Andy / Andeva (Endeavor?). The character herself may look like Riley Andersen (Inside Out movie), but she's not. However due to the inevitable similarities, i decided to use my version of Riley Andersen as a creation base. For the parameter values of almost all her parts (body, face, outfits), i've entered them one-by-one manually, taking inspiration from some pre-existing ones and using SCREENSHOTS. But obviously i use my version of Chika Haruno as creating base.
