New version I'm pretty satisfied with the details on this. Idk if the scar will load, it is an underlay texture.

Lots of changes are made with ABMX, like shape of head, cheeks, eyes, body, etc. Hair shape is changed substantially to fit the head. There are multiple Shadowheart hair models, and this one i think has the best physics + accessory texture. However, if you see a black outline on the chain textures, that should not be there if you set the Material off the hair "acc" (in Material Editor) to "AIT/Clothes". The card is saved with that material applied, but I keep getting the card loading the wrong material in Studio. If you see that black outline, select her in Workspace, open Material Editor for her, top-right dropdown menu to select Hair_Back, scroll down to "acc" and set the material shader to AIT/Clothes.

I often make the mistake of uploading a card with lots of non-public mods. This time I tried to select all parts should be public mods/vanilla. If you have issues finding mods, try googling "sideload2 betterrepack" and track down each missing zipmod's name in the Sideloader subfolder.

Shader used for (body) is "Hanmen/Next-Gen body"; (face) "Hanmen/Next-Gen Face"; (eye) "Hanmen/Next-Gen Eye Vanilla". Hanmen sells these shaders on his patreon/gumroad. Personally i think it's worth it. But if you don't have and don't want to get the shader (+Shader Helper plugin... yeah this is quite a lot), you can set the shader for Body, Face, Eyes to the vanilla shaders: AIT/Skin True, AIT/Skin True Face, AIT/Eye Transluscency, but you'll have to change the colours (the eyes will be too white, the skin will be too dark + unsaturated, so you'll have to fix that to your preference + your lighting)
