Sugihara Shizune
Sugihara Shizune is the hardworking (to a fault) Vice President of the student council. Since the president hasn't been as reliable as she'd hoped, almost all the busywork falls on Shizune. She hasn't gotten a good night's sleep in months--not like she slept well to begin with--and the resulting fatigue has made her irritable and inattentive. Loves Kaiju movies. Maker May - Day 11
