do you need overrides for her? I am missing her eye texture and the bowtie on all the other girls

The overrides should have come with the card..Did you extract everything correctly?

Perhaps so. One may be the CC Council Clothing Collection, as for the eye texture it should extract into your eye texture folder.

well didn't help getting the bowtie but least the eyes are fixed

well her cloths are bugged anyways because I am using the CIV set and I don't know how to fix it, well whatever.
