Used this card https://db.bepis.moe/koikatsu/view/355850 to revamp the heck out of it to give a more definitive representation of PB, all of his coordinates have a cock in accessories since he's a dude with naturally wide hips but had some body modification surgery for the boobs canonically, the neat part comes from the Judy feet in the accessories, some have twice the amount for a bare foot and covered look representing the coordinate, just turn off the sub pieces and you got yourself a unique workaround to the feet.
