Penny Forrester is Bolt's owner and best friend, and one of the main characters of Disney's 2008 animated feature film Bolt. Penny is a kind, lovable, and intelligent 13-year-old teenage girl. Ever since she was younger, she loved Bolt dearly and was heartbroken when she found out he ran away. She clearly isn't fond of her agent, who rarely listens to her and tries to persuade her into doing what he wants. She is also very loving towards all animals, including Mittens and Rhino, whom she presumably found at the hospital and adopted. Penny is a slender, 13-year-old teenage girl with fair skin, short auburn hair, and brown eyes. She wears a red T-shirt over a brown long-sleeved shirt, denim grey shorts, grey and white striped tights, alongside brown socks with a red line and brown boots, which she mostly wears when she's acting in the Bolt TV show. When not acting or doing rehearsal, she wears casual outfits such as a dark blue long-sleeved T-shirt, brown pants, and black shoes. After quitting the TV show and moving on to a new life with her pets, she wore a light green T-shirt, denim blue shorts, and gray shoes. Note: Despite what the personality and physical appearance descriptions said about her age, she's aged up here. About 18 years old. Also, you can thank me later for the fact that her face looks better than in the origina chara card And also for adding the logo and background, although the background used for the chara card is actually from the Studio Backlot Tour attraction that Disney used to do way back when before being closed in 2014. Second Note: We (the Disney community) really don't know if her last name even IS Forester. We really don't know where that came from, but it somehow stuck, because her last name isn't mentioned anywere in Bolt. I don't think Penny is even her real first name either. In School: Her default outfit seen when she's doing On-Screen stuff for the fictional show. Going Home: Her spy attire losely based on it's appearance from the Bolt video game developed by Avalanche Studios. Gym: Just a gym attire. Swimsuit: Black bra top and bikini bottoms with white paw prints. Club Activities: Her casual outfit seen in the last scene of the film before the credits roll. Casual Clothes: Bluish shirt and skirt. Sleeping Over: Jacket with tank top clad in red with a decal of Bolt, and blu pants.
