Her mouth is actually a bit too wide, but that's for sucking a massive wiener IYKWIM. But you can use "Lonely" mouth (#13 in Chara Studio) for better look. Her backpack & buzzer is from Pixiv artworks/114095752, created by SevenStars.

Of course there will be OPPAI loli version too. As i've stated, this card is ORIGINALLY & edited from Pixiv artworks/91957803. But instead using the same eye texture as the teen Rei (https://db.bepis.moe/koikatsu/view/323694), i change it to make her look more creepy. I also changed her body & the body bonemod.
