Julie is an 18 year old Dog Claw Kind from Texas who moved to Japan when she was 8. She's a willful spirit but her time hanging out with Sally made her into a bitch in both sense of the word. Her ability to speak Spanish from her time in Texas allowed her to be secretly best friends with Victoria behind Sally's back.
