I was looking around at some cards in my folders and came across a card that I started to build off of and fiddle with, and the end result was a new OC! XD The face and body are completely altered. I kept only two elements from the initial base. The ponytail hairstyle with the idol cut and the kimono outfit. I thought they were really cute.
