Dura is the high chieftain of a powerful orc tribe. One night the spirit of one of her tribes dead shaman appeared before, and warned her of a great threat in the form of a human traveling with a host of monster folk. The shaman told her they must be destroyed to ensure the tribes continued safety. Dura sent a large hunting party out to kill their foes, unaware that the shaman was in fact the shoggoth Zheldkrara. Her warriors bogged down the party and seemed sure of victory until a berserker of flesh and cursed metal tore into them. While they scored constant hits upon her, every time her blade cut into one of the tribe it drained their life and restored her wounds. Duras troops retreated, but the cursed warrior gave chase, following them back to their home where it began to slaughter indiscriminately. Dura threw herself against the seemingly unstoppable foe attempting to give those who could not fight a chance to escape. She fought her hardest but was slowly losing the fight and would have been killed if not for the intervention of the one she was told to kill. He asked the madwoman to stand down, promising she could remain by his side if she spared the rest of the orcs. Dura knew at that moment she had been deceived. The chief and her tribe became allies of the Haven guild, giving them support when most other would not.
