Character bio: Former Chief Science Officer of Ceres Station, current Lead Researcher. Officially a Doctor of Physics, she is considered by Federation leadership to be a "super-scientist" due to her ridiculous aptitude in multiple hard and soft sciences. She is reponsible for multiple advances in particle physics and field manipulation, and is the designer of the "Survival Belt," a device which projects a multi-purpose energy field around the wearer, absorbing ionizing radiation, reflecting fire from directed energy weapons, halting high-velocity objects, filtering known air pollutants and contaminants, preventing decompression and suffocation when exposed to vacuum, and even heating and cooling the immediate surroundings for user comfort. She is designated a Scientific VIP by the Federation, and has a security detail assigned to her permanently.
