Inspired by that one goth-punk chick drawn by Hiro Suzuhira (you know the one), as well as Karen's and Natsuki's outfits in the Triptych VN. I recommend adjusting characters' breasts to be closer together and rounder in order to avoid glitches with the tie; glitches are inevitable on flat-chested characters, as far as I have seen. Anything that looks strange on the thumbnail (the sleeve, chain, etc.) looks fine when applied to base Chikarin in the default position. That being said, you will likely have to adjust the arm and waist accessories to fit your unique characters, and be aware that the sleeve will likely glitch in most poses due to it being made of two separate parts. Basically: your mileage may vary.
