No mods required, made on the Custom Maid Ultimate - 2024 Edition with CMI No Translatio AIO like install but that should be irrelevant apart from maybe the sliders unlock. I might have forgotten to check if I used a base skin or a modded one, most of them should be base game (or DLC) but if one of them use a modded skin you can just change it and it shouldn't cause any problem. I fucking searched far and wide to find a good looking Asuka to no avail. The fact there are no pubicly available good looking asuka gf is a red flag for any eroge so I had to try. Hair is good, eyes is alright but for the life of me I can't get the shape of head and eyes close enough to my liking. Still better than what I found so far so here you go
