For facial/body type, I use mods UltraHD from [K1T0-K1TN] most of the time. We achieve very realistic skin effects with skin editing . Made in the face and body editor material. If you have. I don't have Hanmen NXTG , sorry .Skin textures created and tested in DHH mode (generally don't look good) in GraphicsMod.
