A fantasy decades in the making, it's that over-the-top eco-villainess we all hate to love: Doctor Barbara "Babs" Blight! You can't tell without giving her a haircut, but I lifted her facial scars from images of the original show. The clothes have a lot of custom overlays (hence the 7MB card size), and she has special underwear on that you'll just have to discover for yourself. I learned a lot on this one about transparency, overlays, and the horrors of trying to exactly copy facial proportions from a 90s carton character. This card was mostly about the head and costume. I ballparked the body, but I'm sure a sufficiently determined person could improve on that.
