@Teddy that didn't really answer my question. If it's his card it can be assigned to his account. If it's not his card then it's strange for you to call it his card.
@vespa anyone with a premium account can feature cards, up to the limit set by their premium level. It can only be called favoritism insofar as people favoring the cards that they like more.
