Rebuild/re-edit of my upload, this Winnie now has new hair color. The backstory is she's a childhood friend of Charles, a geeky boy with thick glasses. Both of them are in basketbal club, albeit not really good a it. They are known as 18 (One Eight) because he's thin & she's plump. Obviously they can be paired in wholesome situations, or how YOU prefer anyway. Under the Crime Victims' Rights Act/CVRA, 46 codified at 18 U.S.C. § 3771, if you wanted to report me to the police for "being P3D0", you must also call the (fictional) child's guardian/parents.
