Libra
Libra is a hero unit and psionic super-soldier from the Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 mod "Mental Omega" She has some similarities to Yuriko Omega from Red Alert 3, namely that she's a mentally-unstable psionic soldier (with clones), but behaves quite differently as far as gameplay is concerned. Like Yunru, she's represented in-game by some absolutely tiny sprites and a 60x48 sidebar icon, so her design here is based mostly on fanart, such as "Relativity" by Yanhong Lu: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/98651471
