[AOI HIKARI] Elektronik is one of the cybernetics club members from the visual novel Everlasting Summer (free on Steam). Elektronik is based on the titular character from the Soviet TV miniseries The Adventures of Elektronik, where Elektronik is a robot whose appearence in the story is based on a boy named Sergey Syroyezhkin. The robot escapes its creator and meets the boy... as a kid have you ever dreamed of sending your robot copy instead of you to school while you're having fun? They are played by a pair of twins, Yuri Torsuyev (plays Sergey) and Vladimir Torsuyev (plays Elektronik). The character from Everlasting Summer introduces himself as "Elektronik, the real one", followed by saying that his surname is Syroyezhkin. This makes it clear that Elektronik is his in-universe nickname based on a similar appearence and shared surname with the character from the popular miniseries. His first name is never mentioned in the VN, everyone just calls him Elektronik. In the English translation of Everlasting Summer the surname Syroyezhkin is adapted as Cheesikov following the existing tanslation of the novels on which the miniseries is based.
