[OC] A strange young polite male with abilities of the psionic variety, particularly low-level telepathy (limited to two-way communication between himself and one other individual), extrasensory perception (around a 3 foot radius surrounding him), and telekinesis (so far only limited to a lifting capacity of around 500 pounds). Seems only to use them either for amusement or teasing of the carnal sort.
