Penelope Gonzales commonly nicknamed Penny among her/his friends is someone who came somewhere from South America, shes someone who is more like a misfortune magnet. Her past life didnt brought the best for her. She's facetious, petulant and frank. Which isn't out of the ordinary for someone with her tormented past. She was born and grew up in a great family in a developed small village, she lived happily until she was about 16 years old, but at that point things took a turn for the worst. She lost her parents when they left after a volcanic eruption of the Yarset Volcano ended in a massive sidewall eruption. (or so the rumors say that their parents are still looking for her).
