A high-ranking member of the student council, Shureno Niko takes her position seriously, albeit with increasing disdain. Many know her more for her position rather than who she is outside of it, forming a wall that distances herself from most other students. After school, she commonly holes herself up in the spare room that the council uses, taking care of any homework and studying for the next school day. While her parents encourage her ambitions, the fear of enduring this for the rest of her life constantly encroaches upon her. Behind the veil, she is a fan of western and noir movies and anime, a raving rhythm game fanatic, and a complete and utter ‘closet chuuni’. She yearns to be with others who share her interests. Her favorite songs are Melty Land Nightmare and Shun-ran.
