Changli is a playable Fusion Natural Resonator in Wuthering Waves. She is the Former Secretary-General of the Central Secretariat in Mingting, the capital, and now serves as Counselor to the Jinzhou Magistrate. Has milf and normal body style, being normal the default.

long time no see, guys, I have fixed a lot of things on Changli, such as the weird teeth showing in front of mouth, did some textures fixes also, I should really remake her old clothing bc it looks like bs, but...oh well
