Kon was a bully. Perhaps by one of her victims, she was cursed into becoming a vampire, which further corrupted her already rotten personality to a murderous and megalomaniacal extent. Now an immortal that places no value in life, she treats everyone like toys to be played with; some toys being treated better than others depending on how "important" they are.
