The head is the Krystal head for the King of Kings "Freaky spaghetti". The pants however is from a very old Revy/Rebecca Lee mod back in 2019 or 2020ish, your going to have to look through the old mods in discord to find it. the ears are from the witch world animal ears mod in discord the new mod section. The rest you can get through have installing the latest HF patch.
