Victoria is a 17 year old Coyote Claw Kind who comes from a small remote village in Mexico where she worked as a dancer in a mariachi until moving to Japan to escape the drug cartel who started hunting Claw Kinds for trafficking. She is the secret best friend with the bully Julie. Her glamorous personality from her time as a dancer often are looked down upon by some unless during a party or an event.
