I learned a lot about skin overlays for this one. There were a lot of source images, so I was able to go over every inch of her and duplicate a whole bunch of moles/birthmarks/freckles. There's also a large patch of discoloration on her leg - a burn or a scar or a birthmark, I can't tell. She hides it in most of her images, so I had to do a 3-picture composite to get it right, then copied that to the overlay. As always, I did my best with the tattoo.
