Just my version of A.R.G.U.S troop leader, only have 4 outfits but feel free to edit this character how you prefer. The head & the body texture is rebuild from Bepis KK 344892. My image of him is [Neutral Evil]. In DC lore, A.R.G.U.S is supposedly a neutral organization. But this character is the typical "That one prison ward chief with power who loves to harass attractive female inmates or even raep said female inmate.". Even his FACE is obviously evil! FYI, in DC Comics, ARGUS = Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans. And they are meant as an organization to keep super-humans in check.
