Chun Li
It was at this point that I realized this idea was beginning to backfire. I had never planned on making Chun Li, but I did. My goal was to complete my list, but as I feared, I began to add to it. This card uses Commando Kitty's paid Chun Li mod. I have never considered feeding an addiction with money a good thing. And I would never wish this on anyone, so, I am sure you can figure out the rest.
