half of her face is in shadow. how to fix it?(i also have it on some other char cards too.)

Sounds like you have a shader issue, if its on KKUTS you have to change it to another in material editor.

@munkeyma but how to fix KKUTS issue? like it looks like light source position just wrong. yeah ofc changing shader fixes shadow issue. but. shadow is also dissapears if i just turn her 90° left.. so. any way to fix light source position. as... changing shader.. messes colours on skin/face.

That would be the shadow power slider, but be aware that messing with that can also mess with the color. And it is KKUSS not KKUTS, sorry about that. If you are using this card on sunshine, then I would swap to KKUTS. I am going off assumptions since when I try to download this card it gives me a "404 not found" error.

@munkeyma i double checked. well KKUSS = face shadow(and yes.hadow power slider messes colours but fixes shadow) KKUTS = no face shadow. but it also messed face colour. that could be fixed by KKUTS for body. and card is.. missed from site. i was able to locate it by adding 308366 to link /view/308366

Try messing with the occlusion slider for the KKUSS shadowing. The gloss, if you're using it, may not work but it could fix the shadows.
