Noel Anderson, or Noel-chan commonly called among her friends, is a neko that lives on a village far from the grass plateus of Nexon City. She might be quite play playful at certain times but she's part teacher on the Holy Oaks Academy, but she also works as a lawyer on the department of Justice of Nexon city as a Laboral Attorney. She's a loving and caring friend but also someone who loves to read too much as well and can be nerdy at times.
