Raphael is the most powerful god in heaven, no doubt about it. But tired of the chaotic of the other gods, she secretly escaped from heaven to this world without the other gods knowing. With her divine power still intact, she doesn't show it unless necessary. She lives an ordinary life, working as a waitress in a restaurant. She secretly falls in love with Hanakawa Seiko, a part-time employee of the restaurant. However, many times the other gods beg her to return to heaven, even though she has refused many times. Sometimes this causes chaos, which she has to resolve by herself every time.
