Despite being a female card, this can work as a male card. The two steps are as follows: 1.Download the card, drag the card from your download folder ONTO the game (DO NOT LOAD IT >>FROM<< THE GAME, IT WILL NOT WORK!), while having the male Character Creator opened up. 2. Go to Body > Genitals > Change everything to 100. This isn't mandatory, however not doing so will likely have problems with penetration. Do not mess with the body more than you need to, or else you might reset the body into a male base, which will mess it up. Bless you, and bless the trap overlords.
