If you get a 404 error when trying to download the card, you should try when using a VPN, this often solves the issue. I don't know the reason behind this issue but it happens quite often

why does she have this white outline around her crotch area?

Probably some mods issues (uncensor, missing mod, conflitcs or whatever). Without a picture it's difficult to point what the issue is. But mine doesn't have any white outline around her crotch area
