That's because this is a pose from studio. You can use a program called CardImageReplacer to bake a different image into the card with it.

Probably just ocasional glitching. Try turning everything on and off (clothes) when that happen's.

Winkuru is right, as long as you're not doing anything specific to change the clothing material/alpha masks. However, I assume since you mentioned the material being turned off, you tried to change something with it. If the alpha mask is turned off, the top returns to its original pre-edited state, which has sleeves on.
