Lolified rebuild from KK 311040, originally created by BandGeek32. I add small details on her outfits & edited it too, but most of the parts are unchanged from the original. Although i said "Lolified", Hailey herself is 14, & this appearance is not too far from that (especially because this is "animefied" version). But this version can be purposed as an even younger version of Hailey, before she had her baby twin brothers. Under the Crime Victims' Rights Act/CVRA, 46 codified at 18 U.S.C. § 3771, if you wanted to report me to the police for "being P3D0", you must also call the (fictional) child's guardian/parents. Just a reminder for people who has literal brains: As long as it's fictional and doesn't cross into reality, it is LEGAL by laws.
