Based from an illustration i found, in Pixiv artworks/65303750 [created by Pija (Pianissimo), pixiv users/191346]. I made her body type less skinny, as in 'As skinny as i prefer'. But feel free to edit this character, because this Koikatsu version is my own creation & of course i allow anyone to edit this card how you want. Bimbofy her, aged her up, change her hair, i don't care. I just wanna have fun & share it to you all who likes anime loli. Under the Crime Victims' Rights Act/CVRA, 46 codified at 18 U.S.C. § 3771, if you wanted to report me to the police for "being P3D0", you must also call the (fictional) child's guardian/parents. But obviously i use my version of Chika Haruno as creating base.
