HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Rebuild edit of Bepis KK 349565, created by Davin. I also add "bath" outfit for her, & i use five outfits from Wednesday to replace few other outfits that seems "out of place" (imho) for her. Under the Crime Victims' Rights Act/CVRA, 46 codified at 18 U.S.C. § 3771, if you wanted to report me to the authority for "being P3D0", you must also call the (fictional) child's guardian/parents. Just a reminder for people who has literal brains: As long as it's fictional and doesn't cross into reality, it is LEGAL by laws.

Just another rebuilt, nothing special. I did rebuild her from my loli Chikarin template, but her eye color & hair color are the same as the original. For the parameter values of almost all her parts (body, face, outfits), i've entered them one-by-one manually, taking inspiration from some pre-existing ones and using SCREENSHOTS. But obviously i use my version of loli Chika Haruno as creating base.
