Carla is an Exceed, daughter of Queen Shagotte and close companion of Wendy Marvell, after the end of the Oracion Seis arc she and Wendy joined Fairy Tail and Team Natsu. She was also part of the Lamia Scale guild temporarily with Wendy where she learned to use her human form. *Outfit by Koto :)
