Rework: Vicky (fairly oddparents) Complete Changes: Face, Body Only adjusted: Hair Vicky is one of my absolute favorit cards. If I remember correctly, she is the first character I layed my hands on in koikatsu. God, the result was terrible back then, but somehow I still stuck with the hobby, as frustrating as it was to slowly figure everything out. Worth it.
