Rumor has it that he's the one who arrest few internet trolls (which are real predators) who accuses weeaboos as real life ped0s.

As i stated in the bio, this card is ORIGINALLY from https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/114752863, created by Russellia (https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/6661914/artworks). The design of this character is SO GOOD, i rebuild it by saving the outfits, edited said outfits, & using screenshots (F9 button) to know the body values. His name (Russel) is inspired by a character in a movie. Anyway, sorry I have disabled the comments due to spammers. Remember, folks: it's not a stolen card if you mentioned the original source.
