Also known as the Amethyst Witch, Leticia is a middle aged woman with high defensive, combat magic skills. At the start of the story, she serves as the local witch for Oar's Rest town, having settled down a shop there, in which she offers herself to aid and protect the people that seek her magic powers. Shows a strong character, a high ego, and a notable pride that in some cases, stops her from doing what's right. When she arrives to the guild town, Shino begs her to allow her to be her witch apprentice, at first, she didn't accepted, but when she saw how desperate Shino was, she made an exception in her strong character in order to teach her the experience she got with magic. After accepting teaching Shino the magic arts, she teleports her shop into the town from Oar's Rest.
