Decided to rebuilt Chie, & with more costumes. Anyway, this card is heavily rebuilt from two Chie cards in Pixiv (69366596 & 92240712), i also add skin texture details. Thankfully there's a Idolmaster Wikia so i can make her body height as accurate as possible. Sorry I have disabled the comments due to spammers.
