I don't remember who this character was before I did various modifications to make her into an attempt at Ruko from the old Ogenki Clinic manga/anime, I just know from the history Evaan made the character who I turned into this, so props to him for the base, whoever it was! I am by no means a professional koikatsu character creator, so there is probably a LOT I could improve here. Trying to make a girl based on 80s anime style art is hard, given their eye shape and some of the crazy stuff going on with their hair, but I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. Note she has a LOT of extra costumes beyond the vanilla slots, so a modded koikatsu using the latest HFPatch or updated mod-sets from KK Manager is recommended, and probably required. I'm sure there's at least a few modded clothing items in her massive wardrobe.
