Edited version of Jack Dalton (Bepis 297767), one of my original character. I used Google to found a good name for this dude. I also intended him to be close friends to Jack & Derreck (Bepis 298724) & Chin Ho (Bepis 300318). Btw, a friend IRL pointed out that Sameer's skintone can be used as a template for Mexican / Latin, or even Middle East folks. Anyway, sorry I have disabled the comments due to spammers.
