Officer Basitin (real name unknown) presents herself as a law enforcement officer. Despite her gruff and strict persona and uniform however, a careful observer will notice some things don't add up. First, she goes around with the base of her tail and ankles exposed (which is considered lewd and taboo in Eastern Basitin culture) and also carries fuzzy pink handcuffs instead of the normal kind. There's also the fact that she tends to end up wearing them instead of the criminal.
