Note: This is just a simple fix to the old one. I guess due to a mod being updated, some of the hair's positions got changed so the old one now has some hair jutting out in weird ways. Fixed that, patched some holes here n' there.

DIY Fix: Turn off "Match color with hair" for Accessory Slot Hair 8+9 on her In School outfit. Set the hair color to white manually for those hairs only.
