I don't use Koikatsu Party anymore, sorry. But if you just want to know how to bring up the bloody skin. that was not skin,it is a item called"汁3" I just change it to red. Its icon is also“汁”and have a little ymd on he's upper left corner, if you have that mod,you can find them in "gloves" and "sock" options
